We can substitute sweeteners (date sugar, coconut sugar instead of cane sugar) and make the cake flourless/keto, as well (with coconut flour instead of gluten-free flour mix). We can also substitute butter with olive oil. And we can use fruit-juice sweetened apricot jam on request.
